They have a huge selection of beer! We had a Squam beer and it was excellent! Everyone was super nice and friendly! Would give it a fifth star if inside was renovated but quality of food and portion size plus price screams value. If you grill, meats are top notch and pies are homemade. Convenient, YES; Service with a smile, absolutely NOT, forget about it. I've patronized this establishment for as many years as I've visited NH.

Over 25 years or so Weather it's to fill up on gasoline, camping supplies, groceries, purchasing a temporary visitors fishing license or a few snacks our experience has been the same, they are downright unfriendly, unwelcoming and most times they cross the line to grotesque.

Just today I dropped by For the convenience to pick up a fishing license and I was planning to pick up a few steaks and some groceries. Before I entered I told my wife about my past bad experiences and said I was hoping for a change.

We walked in trying to be as pleasant as possible to no avail. As soon as we entered and requested a fishing license, their disgusting customer service was revealed.

I almost walked out. The woman was, to say the least, sarcastic, nasty, snappy, unfriendly and unwelcoming. She even had an attitude towards my wife..

Who looked at me and I whispered "I told you so". I sucked it up, once she handed me my license, I decided not to buy anything else.. I walked out and will never set foot in this place again.. In closing I must say that I could understand that some of the locals may become sick and tired of some of us tourist, visitor and vacationers.

However these folk are disgracefully the huge exception. I'll have to buy fishing license online from now on I love Wayne's Market. I wish I had seen the business on Yelp previously, as I go there all the time and didn't know I could "check in" on Yelp. I also would have reviewed this business years ago.

Wayne's is anything but your typical local convenience store. They have gas pumps and snacks but they also have a deli and the most extensive local beer selection in the area. I go here mostly for beer and jerky they have Krave jerky. They have a crazy amount of local craft beers including Woodstock, Moat Mountain, and smaller breweries in NH, Maine and VT.

I can always find something unique and delicious to try. The service is not always super friendly or enthusiastic but as long as I can get my beer, firewood and jerky, I'm all set. Good beer selection, meats for grilling, and great breakfast sandwiches. Has a selection of all the necessities, too Good for any items you forgot at the supermarket Tucked away inside a nondescript gas station is the best convenience store I've ever gone to.

Stop the on Friday to get the beer tasting, chat with people all over the country, grab a beer that you like, some buffalo chicken and you all set. They have good Italian sandwiches to take with you to Franconia trails. They have a massive beer selection and tastings every Friday.

We get kegs here when we throw large parties, they can get anything. They've got an excellent meat and deli selection. This is the place to stop in and get sandwiches before a big ski or hiking day.

You would never think. From the putside, it looks bleh. Even better selection of craft beers! But the meat they butcher?

I'd say that they should update the exterior, but then everyone would know how great it is, and it might get too crowded. Buy local, buy Waynes! This place is a real gem. Looking like a charming, small town gas station with a small grocery store attached, we were surprised to see how well sorted this place is. Beer lovers will love their huge selection of international and local brews.

This is a local, family owned business. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and always up for some small talk. It seems like these folk really care about their customers - it's so much unlike what we're used to, when going grocery shopping today.

Also make sure to give their Deli a shot. We spent two nights in North Woodstock and bought our dinner there twice. The Italian sausage sub with pepper jack cheese was marvellous. They prepare your food fresh and you can choose between a wide selection of meat, sausages, cheese etc. Highly addictive, those subs and sandwiches and a great foundation for either calling it a day, or heading out and about for a hike in the most beautiful White Mountain region, NH.

It's wonderful to see so much local and craft beer available even at small markets like Wayne's. Their sandwiches are simple, filling, and a great deal. This has definitely become a NH staple for us to visit at least once during each visit.
